We've looked forward to the Silva-Fernandez family's coffees every season for years now. Getting to experience their first full Gesha harvest last year was something special, and having the chance to bring it back for a second year makes it even better.

Phantom Gesha brings together washed and natural-processed Gesha from Finca La Pomarrosa, creating a delicate, fruit-forward blend with plenty of complexity. Expect the nostalgic sweetness of Fruity Pebbles cereal and fresh raspberries, balanced by zippy limeade and delicate elderflower florals. While it makes a lovely espresso, we think its bright, nuanced character really shines as a filter brew.

A Familiar Farm, An Extraordinary Coffee

We've had the pleasure of working with the Silva-Fernandez family at Finca La Pomarrosa for years, and their coffees are something we look forward to every season. A few years ago, they decided to plant Gesha on part of their farm, and last year marked their first full harvest of the variety. They produced both washed and natural lots just for us, and we loved them so much that we asked them to do it all over again. The result is another year of Phantom Gesha, and a pretty special look at what this family does best.
